MARK KENAS SHOWS HIS A-GAME, SWEEPS FIELD

1st - Mark Kenas brought his "A" game to club, averaging just north of 480 a game, as he played 12 bingoes on his way to a perfect 4-0 +550 evening. His bingo onslaught included some typical Kenasian gems, CHARQUID, HANSELS and COULEES being among the notables. Mark's 4 wins moved him into 2nd at 70% in the club's yearly standings, but still a fair distance behind club leader Thomas Reinke's 74% winning percentage.

2nd - Lynda Finn opened her night with a big 529-292 3-Bingo induced salvoing game with Mary Becker, playing REVISING, FEATURE and SLIDERS to start her night. Lynda finsihed at 3-1 +223 for the penultimate spot in the Experts.

3rd - Andy Bohnsack scratched out a six point win (417-411) as he triple bingoed with GRIEVING, ADENOSIS and TOPAZINE against Charles Reinke as Andy went on to a final 3-1 +129 3rd place night in Barnes & Noble's spacious upper mezzanine

DEE LILLGE RETURNS "TANNED AND READY TO TILE RUMBLE"

1st - Dee Lillge RETURNED once again from her annual sojourn to Florida and quickly established her USUAL winning ways with a 3-1 +269 to lead the Intermediates. Dee played her high game of the year, an impressive 461-285 affair with Sue Goldstein, aided by her 92 point play of SQUIRED, enroute to top spot honors.

2nd - Betty Hasselkus also made a too rare appearance at club, and with her own 3-1 +267 final tally finished just behind Dee's top record. Betty had a great night, with 6 bingoes and a per game average just over 400 point each game to nail down second place.

3rd - Matt Rust also had a big game, a 452-296 with returning long time "no-see" player Jeff Sasser as Matt rode his way to a 3-1 +163 night and 3rd position in a 10 player Intermediate field, the largest Intermediate contingent seen at the club in recent years.

NEW OLD STATS COMING SOON!

Richard Lauder recently supplied Thomas and Charles Reinke with yearly records (Years 1-20) of Club 247's back history, so the excellent site the Reinke's have built for our club will be even more fun for those who love stats to poke around in.  aS AN EXAMPLE, you'll get to see Mark Kenas's initial years at club when he was still "fresher off the farm", and averaging a mere mortal's 340's instead of his later 430's yearly averages.  Watch for the new additions in the near future. : )
